SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar all versions of SB 287-                                                                         
APPROPRIATION: LAND DISPOSAL BANK PROGRAMS with individual                                                                      
recommendations and attached fiscal notes at the Chairman's                                                                     
discretion.                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS objected and asked what fund, other than the general                                                              
fund, the $9 million will come from.                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN KELLY answered it will come from the Constitutional Budget                                                             
Reserve Fund which requires 15 votes.                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
The motion to calendar SB 287 carried with Senators Pearce, Leman                                                               
and Kelly voting "yea," and Senator Ellis voting "nay."
